It seems to me that the past 5 weeks of trading below .003 is/was a coordinated effort to allow entities unknown to buy up huge amounts of OTTV.

This theory isn't going to happen is because if they have the connection to buy up the shares on the opening market then they must file with the sec. If they do a private placement they also need to publicly announce and required to file an SEC Form D.

Whatever behind the close door we soon will find out by tomorrow. Tomorrow is the deadline for the NT-10-Q Hopefully he gets his act together. last time he waits for another 30 days after the five-day extension deadline. Very frustrated.
