no this is government. They are reviewing it not making changes. It makes no sense because the letter shows it has already been reviewed. Basically nothing is going to happen yet, just like when they came out with the law itself.
I don't know who david patch is but I know he's more than likely right. Don't expect the government to do anything. The stock market will collapse again before anything is done that's just how it is.
