I'm going to hang in the stock a bit....basically at breakeven right now...the purchases in the twenties lowered my cost basis quite a bit. I too don't trust McKowen completely but I think there is another run left when next quarter results come out. The rent should be constant from now on. The only issue there would be is when it's actually paid vs when it's booked. Those cash flow charts are going to be a pisser to read.
