thanks beerholder. So it is confirmed that USMJ is required to give 51% of any profit they make to ACI, in the form of a dividend each quarter. Almost nothing left to invest back into the company.

Can you imagine how investors feel when they first find out that 51% of any profit goes to another company, not to USMJ? Ouch. No wonder there is so much dumping, as USMJ approaches the 15 billion share authorization limit.
