Okay, lets go there.

100,000,000 shares trading, NO FLOAT LOCKED PPS would be right around $0.48 cents per share.

This is based on an average of $.48 with the stock hitting around $0.72 cents per share.

With the FLOAT LOCKED, the PPS would be right around $0.78 cents per share.

This is based on an average of $.78 with the stock hitting around $1.34 cents per share.

That is based on the O/S at 310M and the current Float of 50M+.

The current O/S is 260M, but I added in another 50M for the Funding.
