This will not fly as the supply of the new A/S is feeding into it. This con ticker run by Cortez has done it before recently.

It is not if but when it is revealed they have been cheating again printing new shares as buyers pressure the upside.

This is not a tight 3 BILLION share operation here. Likely 20+ BILLION...AGAIN.
