Good call by you to point out the odd timeline and action and raise the questions you did. Although I doubt that DOC and the BOD were directly involved in anything, I would not be surprised if they had a general understanding (as probably most of these micro cap bios do) that they would focus on their thing and let Adage and their friends do their thing, and it would all work out in the end for everybody (them).
This would also explain the relentless takedown for 2+ years straight with absolutely no resistance.
