If Adage was short, and they are covering for a turn, their sells were timed perfectly. Since retail investors don't know for sure what is happening, news of their selling could flush out some additional retail this week who might have held otherwise.
Interestingly the uptick rule never got triggered during the days Adage was selling. If one watched the price / volume action the last couple days it was clear they backed off every time they got close to 10%. Whoever is behind this has a plan and it includes an attempt to keep this going till end of week (if possible) to extract every share possible.
