lol might be right BUT i actually took the time back in 2014 to cross-compare OTCshort report numbers with Finra numbers in relation to one true penny stock scam company that i jumped into after being away from market for a number of years & forgetting the very basics in relation to the OTC world & the numbers matched so maybe something has changed since then....
