Yes, uplisting to the NASDAQ is one of several reasons EAPH will have Audited Financials completed by a third party for fiscal years 2016 & 2017. Another big reason for Audited Financials is the large amount of revenues & sales coming into EAPH from several JV Partnerships and Acquisitions.
