We know you hate penny stocks, you don´t understand start up companies and everything which doesn´t file in time has to be suspended.
Seriously? Why? It can happen. Sec filings cost a lot money and no matter if a company has currently not the money for example, doesn´t mean this cannot change.
Doesn´t deserve to be suspended for a difficult situation which can happen.
JFGI for example, 3 years no filings, they had to pay $400k and filed recently btw.
You are the one who posts things like "deserves to be suspended". This is not a question of deserved to be suspended.
SEC does it to protect investors.
