That is his style to pump then sell and hold onto free shares until the pump is over. Not my style at all as I invest looking to get in early before big money starts to invest. Personally I believe the only stopper appears to be the accreditation of equipment. WW says waiting on state. So far he has been upfront but certainly this process is taking much longer than expected thus IMO some longs lightening up.
