I love today's SEC Announcement DP! There are plenty of bad tickers on the OTC that need to be shut down. I submitted a few complaints myself in the past six months.
The reason I'm long on ONCI is there is NO CHANCE they would be investigated or suspended. I've been invested since last year and would never have stuck around if I saw anything awry. I read some insinuation that contracts aren't available. Once the NDA's expire, and/or the audit is complete, we can become SEC reporting and see all the contracts anyone cares to read.
As for FCC concerns, I am certain the big boys have all the necessary talking points on their meeting agendas.
