Scam's a very strong word, implying it's all to rip people off. I don't think that's the case here, although that's my opinion and others are allowed theirs. I think the pellet thing was a failed business. Then he used the leftover parts like the KGET shell to try to get something else rolling. When the green thumb turned brown though, it's put this into a squeeze. He's got a few options left to play, and I'm a betting man and I bet he tries them. Bulls will enjoy a few points of an uptick and the ability to get out. Bears will cry foul every step of the way. And the people running the show will make their car and mortgage payments again.
This isn't going anywhere. It won't be exciting for some time, but give it time.
