Shorts care more about covering or derailing adxs than they do about some puny fine from sec..what a worthless, toothless agency..but then again anyone's free to step in and buy at anytime..so maybe it is what it is..
Yep. To add some more context to the volume since 9/11...
They crashed the PPS in 3 days (9/11 to 9/13) from $7.42 to $4.86 on about 5.8M shares
They have generated another 15M shares in volume since then to drive the PPS down another $1
So we can see what's happening, but I don't fully understand why there is no one to stop it. It's why I wonder if the friends and enemies aren't the same people? It really shouldn't be this easy for them.
Im not confident a deal will be signed that quick. We have been waiting on a deal forever. Do we assume this plunge will happen until that deal is signed? They can just keep dropping this 4 to 10 % a day until its under a dollar if no deal comes? Dam, what a nightmare. I understand why some just wish they sold the entire company as I have lost faith. I thought it was funny when 15 was being thrown out there. Thats sounds so good to me right now. I'm not much of an investor and I have leaned my lesson. All the emotional stress this stock has given me over the last 6 years isnt work doubling my initial investment. If the powers to be;s plan is to bring some to their knees I'm sadly there.
Careful calculated precision to avoid invoking the uptick rule. How can the SEC stand mute when this blatant theft and corruption takes place right under their noses. Rhetorical question... I already know the answer.
