Lmao if Dr DVH wanted to work with CIAB so bad why did pmcb have to pay him? Why did he then dump it on to someone else?

Dr. Von Hoff was so impressed with trial results he waited 15 years after the trials were conducted to approach someone to work with CIAB. And now he is so convinced that he is conducting his own trials without CIAB. How impressive. LOL
