I think the Trustee has to settle all the remaining claims against the company so as to know how much money is left to be distributed to the shareholders. Last I saw there's some status conference set for November. It looked like he reached a settlement with Zapata, I guess he is working on settling other claims against the company. There's was some hearing scheduled for tomorrow for discovery against some company that Platinum assigned some of their preferred stock to, however it has been continued until Noevember. So sounds like he's still trying to reduce the amount of some of these claims. He also seemed to initially be challenging Liscouski's claim for all the money he was due, and seemed to have come to some agreement to temporarily provide benefits to Liscouski until his claim is settled.
