I'm not sure I would agree that the transfer agent is gagged. I spoke with them myself a few weeks ago and I specifically asked them " If you can't tell me the share count then...Are you gagged?" The answer was "NO"... Whatever that is worth. I just wanted to put that information out there. Anyone can call themselves. I would be interested to know if there were/are any changes. But as I have found, there are no changes in the way this transfer agent does business. They said "this is how we handle all of our clients information" and then the forwarded me to Karney's number. Which I got no answer from.
