Clinical trial sites can be difficult to secure, and they have to put in place all the protocols and recruitment procedures and other logistics before they can begin enrolling into this kind of trial, especially given the challenges associated with handling a bacterial vector-based therapy.

I understand all that; nevertheless, it should not take 12-15 months from IND approval to first-patient dosing.
