You are wrong and don't seem to understand what this man is saying so I will clarify. He is saying Twitter has no we credibility for a company. A company can lie on twitter and then delete the tweet later to cover their tracks. An 8k is a formal document that has to be registered so insuring the investor that it's a real legit PR and not just some scam. TXHD is going the scam route
