as low as .0002 and as high as .0006

that's certainly better than nothing. a thing to remember is that pgpm was suspended for fraud, not delinquency. it will not be revoked because it wasn't registered in the first place.

PG#M was not suspended for delinquent filings. However, yes some people play the bounce after the suspension. PG#M was suspended for the accuracy of publicly disseminated materials to investors, i.e. dubious financial statements. They have more problems than just a suspension. Their bump however, came with a press release that why will reverse merge into another shell, which will never happen. FINRA won't allow the share distribution, and secondly, they have to get audited if they go into a registrant. Which means if the auditor disagrees with what they put out, they hang themselves. Someone on the inside just wanted out on the rest of their holdings.

As far as this one, they may be revoked concurrently with the expiration of the suspension, secondly it last traded at $0.0002.
