It was effectively done on June 15th. The 5,302,565,203 oustanding is of August 28th.

Apparently you are forgetting the 504 private placement stock and that was completed by September 13th so in fact the o/s could be even more than the 5.3 billion if all the 504's were not issued by August 28th.
