I think their acquisition strategy outlined in presentations states preferred shares convertible 12 months after transaction close...

This deal adds tremendous value here...

I will be interested if they are looking for a name change at some point to better reflect new business and business model.

Everything, including comments from the new entity execs alludes to additional LOI and acquisitions forthcoming...

< 2 million market cap today could easily be 10x that in near future with this and a subsequent deal or such...
