You dont know this, but everybody on this forum had broken the law. My nephew attending at the police academy and did you know what the Sargent told him, why "No" texting while driving? Did you know that it also jam the signal of the radar gun? Did you know having a Laptop on, interfere with the radio tower getting receptions. Do you ever wonder why there's a stipulation on a long antenna because it also interfere with the radio tower. You may not know this, but any technology that sends out a signals Jams the radio tower. I was shocked, when my nephew told me this... That's why they said, No Cell Phone talking while driving... "cause a distraction" was a part of the problem. the other would be interference with the radio tower signal.

It also states public jamming like on a train or in movies well yes that could cause a problem with safety as the cell phone user would not be aware, but with ONCI it's all there and every user is aware of it!!;-)

You're stretching. It only affects the phone that the admin connects to it. And it doesn't jam the phone, it blocks certain features that you ask it to using the accompanying software.

It ALWAYS allows 911 calls, or calls to certain numbers you permit.

If illegal, why would AT +T, Verizon, and other car makers allow similar products on the market?

Should I allow my teen daughter to text and drive then? That 'law' applies to interfering with FCC communications, not my daughter's cell phone.

If a true law in this arena, can you imagine the gov't putting a stop to distracted driving devices? Distracted driving is an epidemic, 4 teens a DAY are getting killed because if it. And you are campaigning against this.

Plus, it is patented technology. 34 patents. You can't patent something that is illegal. END OF ARGUMENT!
