why would this be a scam? The OS is maxed out and they have not sold any shares or increased the AS to be able to do so. If they increase the AS then folks would know and the pps will crash back to 0.0001 fast. So even if they want they can barely sell any shares to get any money for themselves. So why would they do so much work to create a scam exactly? What do they have to gain? Plus like I said yesterday, why would the note holders agree to hold on?
