This is the ideal scam for Duck Anderson. Nothing happening so no baggage, plenty of shareholders to screw, Wyoming Company where he can't be sued for fraud, unlimited shares to sell, room for lots more toxic debt, new forward looking PR's to write....the list goes on.
Alas, the Duck has dumped all his shares in UNGS and doesn't have any more. Don't even think about cash.
