A smart business man will convey their financial progress in an official document at the recommended scheduled timely manner. Also, imagine how much credit and success this stock would have if it reported this news all at once at its 10k and reported actual confirmed deals and not this, “I will”. ONCI is not big enough to be in the “I will” business.
