GIGWOOF: I believe , (as was discussed here at the time),Steve seems to infer in the first quote that all three own a total of 40M. The conclusion was, once the second quote appeared, that infact 40 was owned by each. For a total of 120. I will stand corrected if others know differently.

We also took Steve on his word that these would not be appearing on the market....as dillution. So far, apparently so good. The worry was also expressed that this situation might have changed with the "departure" of Steve. This was countered with the PR from Petar that, (I paraphrase), "the share structure would not change with Steves departure". The recent revelation, that the 50M increase in A/S was a mistake, was put asside and into the basket of all things we are asked to believe.

As I say, I can stand to be corrected on any of these points.

Gigwoof, Divide 40mil by 3. You get ~13.3mil right? This is not enough shares to be considered an insider before the change from 300mil(?) to 500mil shares outstanding. Therefore they MUST have 40mil shares EACH to have been considered insiders and consequently no longer be.
