They have a published patent application for a robotic hand controller with haptic feedback. The drawings in that patent are different then what we see in the latest pictures however those drawings have been around since 2012. The patent does state that the design of the controllers may ultimately be different than the drawings so who knows. They did change the design of the hand controllers recently. If I had to guess I'd say no haptic feedback on gen 1 but can't be ruled out either.
