Meisha, I understand your point about the licensing of rights being dilutive of equity in the IP. However, it is certainly far preferable than "offering shares" dilution in the entire enterprise at suppressed prices. I've been saying for a while now that DOC's strategy was not necessarily wrong at one point, but he failed to realize that it became untenable due to the share price suppression. That lack of recognition, and his failure to adapt, is what ultimately got him ousted. If we were at fair value right now, say at $30, I would have no major problem with ADXS issuing 5 million shares. So, in a sense, in my opinion the short cartel is shooting themselves in the foot by forcing Lombardo to go in another direction now. Which they, perhaps, did not anticipate happening if DOC was still in control. So I believe that they are in the process of protecting themselves against the reality of licensing vs. share offering.
