Ha! I could answer that question by identifying the amount of cash I have added to MMEG shares.

why do you keep hanging out on a board of a stock you don't believe in and want shut down?

I won't of course, because there are simply low cash traders hoping to buy low price shares to sell a tick higher to make a hundred dollars for their future.

I have learned to never trust a penny stock CEO who apparently has no future in the company much longer. It would take a shareholder's Annual meeting and votes acquired from them to send him packing to another dead stock! There he can explain the process of "Supply and Demand" on stock values!

However, I certainly do not expect this company to offer an Annual Meeting to take place!
