Doog- I am hoping they don't do an offering. But I just see them needing cash very soon just to keep the doors open. This offering is a 50/50 thing in my opinion and I do realize they may have other options to get cash. But IPCI has been delivering poorly on the cash front for some time. Their track record is poor in regards to monetizing anything. I just see Dr. Odidi thinking he needs a little more time and just a few more million until the ANDA monies start covering all expenses. So I think it is a very real possibility that we see a small amount of dilution. The reason I keep pointing this out is I want people's expectations in regards to this to be realistic. I am long. I know people working trades day in and day out don't want to hear these things. But longs need to have realistic expectations. Traders only seek momentum in whatever form they can get it. And when they want the price to go up, they don't want anyone to bring up anything that may limit their gains.
