You definitely should, because you are making a lot of false assumptions that are easily cleared up with a little DD.
Go back a few years and see what happened when FLPC opened fencemaker and got it up and running. Those weren't "tailings", FLPC mined at fencemaker, that is fact. FLPC didn't spend money to move tailings from the mine to a processing facility.

You're right about the value of the mine previously. However, Antimony prices have increased dramatically since the 1930's ;)

The AS is maxed. They would have to increase the AS and announce it before they can sell shares and dilute.
