#111965 RE: JEFFROCOLETRAIN #111962

They have a couple affiliate clinics open in which they only get a patient referral fee, with these clinics open during Q1 they did $5k in revenue. For the full quater in Q2 they most likely did $10k-$20k

The corporate clinic was open for less than half of Q2 in which they receive all revenues from and not just a patient referral fee since they own the clinic.

For Q2 revenues jumped to $165k for the quarter which can be attributed to the corporate clinic.

So it's say to assume that the corporate clinic did about $140k for the quarter for which again was in operation for less than half the period. So it is fair to say that if it were operating for an entire quarter it would do about $300k or $1.2M per year with a 12% net margin equating to $144k in net income from 1 clinic alone

You can play the semantics game all you want, but trying to obfuscate the facts will not work as there is clearly intent to attempt to confuse others and make them question what is going on.

The proof is in the progess that has been made, higher revenues, net income, increased assets and decreasing liabilities with articles in local newspapers and more clinics set to open.

So what is not to like about the current situation?
