Again, Leo assumed partnerships would be had to pay for phase 3, but that calculation failed since he just signed for 30 million more with Aspire. My question is why didn't Leo add 30 million 2 years ago and start ABSSSI phase 3? Phase 3 would be completed with FDA approval by now.
How can you say he did the right thing since he needed to sign another toxic agreement when most thought a partnership was in the bag? Add no P interim and there's red flags everywhere.
