I heard a Radio commercial this morning with a State official in SoCal re:MJ legalization... She was asked if she was worried about a Black Market once the rules changed... All she said about it was that todays customers are concerned with clean safe product and that California will see to it that it will be regulated to that end... Her big concern is that they don't make reg's so complicated that price forces it.

I like your chart & i agree with your thoughts, but tbh your MACD parameters are a bit high and need to be reduced. MACD already crossed the signal line, and we are in a bullish state right now. My parameters to speed up the MACD readout are as follows; 3,5,13.
