Actually the share price since Feb 03 has been quite stable. The headfakes on low volume into the forties where just that, Headfakes...Anyone who has been in the accumulation mode during that period may be standing real pretty if these guys don't turn out to be liars and cheats...

The real gamble is what happens after the SHM. The charade or fasade(sp) about secrecy on the technology will have to end sooner or later because the money and dilution factor will draw things to a head....

Austin, the shareprice has been doing this for months now. It bounces back and forth between 33 and 40 cents or so. I bought more at 33 cents about a month ago knowing full well it would inch up, which it did to .42 and then trickle back down. It will continue to do this until there is some real news on funding with good terms and news that we have developed and are prepared to market/sell our tech to buyers...ie contracts. In fact I planned to buy more today but got stuck in an all day mediation and I forgot to place my order. Believe me, if there was a leak of truly horrible news to be presented at the sh meeting, the stock would be alot less than 33 cents. Lots of folks are in the wait and see mode I believe though I haven't taken a formal poll or anything. All in my humble opinion of course.

There will always be buying and selling on any particular day. In regards to the upcoming SHM there are generally two schools of thought.

1) The shareholders meeting will be an emotional disappointment which results in increased selling the following day.

2) The shareholders meeting will offer good news and information that will increase buying the following day.

So regardless of how any individual or group may feel towards one school of thought, there exsists others who hold onto the other.

The daily fluctuation in price is expected to remain volatile as indicated in all our companies SEC filings. That my friend you can certainly count on. Some good, some bad.
