#18521 RE: ORCA #18520

I continue to maintain that this company is worth between $2 and $4 million ($0.005 to $0.01) even in its present condition:

-- three established brands (horribly under-marketed)

-- dozens of products & formulations (generally good performers)

-- affordable lease on a facility housing manufacturing / filling equipment and other tangible assets

-- opportunities for third party licensing & contract manufacturing

-- an e-commerce and distribution system in place (albeit under-developed and somewhat creaky)

-- a rudimentary wholesale / retail system in place (grossly under-performing)

-- excellent underlying attributes: green-ness, made in the USA etc.

I am not ascribing any value (positive or negative) to: their OTC shell, or their current management (other than the retired chemist on the BoD)

Just imagine what (1) full reporting, (2) a management vision, (3) first class marketing savvy, and (4) sufficient working capital could produce. I reckon a private investment group could double or treble their investment within a couple of years, even assuming they stumped up $2 million to acquire the business (they wouldn't have to worry about full reporting either)
