Well, I said it already, I don't believe he's a very high quality IR, but in regards those charts, 99% of the weight should go towards respective CEO's

These guys have rubber stamp everything. IR just works for them, not a decision maker what company does.

What this means, is that he's the most cost effective alternative for an IR.
