So you're gambling on many penny stocks companies, with your VSTR "investment" ? Cool!

A couple years ago, VSTR acquired a telephony business from Pervasip, valued at $1 million dollars, for 40,000,000 VSTR shares.

It wasn't a particularly good investment. No revenues ensued. $1,111,422 of equipment and software went on the books as assets, plus $200K of goodwill. Both vanished as the useless equipment was depreciated.

What-his-name Mark Richards is still making noises about how fantastic his WebRTC gizmo will be.
