Yep it is. If they planned on continuing business they should have either kept Ty, who still shows as an employee at Amedica, or hired a new CFO by now... To add to this they also dont have a controller or a real accounting department unless you count like 2 accountants and an intern. Its like Two and a half men became accountants.
