Honestly, it looks like MMTIF is getting desperate, their last "update" and their "consulting firm" release were not worthy of a press release, I can't believe they wasted thousands of dollars to release to the press that they diluted common shares which was already announced, and that they are going to try to be more financially responsible from now on. They spend so much money to announce non-material neutral news, but legally, since Magram, they should've spent millions reporting material negative news, too bad regulators don't care what penny stock companies say or do.
