I arrived at a decision? That seems different than an opinion based somewhat on a gut feeling. I wish you well in a comfortable retirement if tyou get here. I am already here and doing just fine. I am comfortably retired no matter what happens. You should hope they get their 150% upside which should get you to $10. Maybe a little short. I hope I am wrong.
