Is it the revenues, net income, verifiable clinics that are open or lack of dilution that makes it a scam, I'm confused?

So far there is zero indication of anything other than building out of more clinics resulting in more revenue. This company doesn't even PR or update on twitter or anything else that often which is what typical scam companies do to pump their price, not here
