Because there is 7500 acres with a processing facility and Know how in place with cheap labour and a Government that is financially and politically involved with TXTM and willing to reschedule MJ. Unlike the opposition in powerful position in the U.S. That will at least slow down all the progress that has already been made by the will of the people. As long as they are in a position to Do so.
