I doubt it. There is something special about the one penny to keep "critical mass". They have never closed under a penny even though there have been a couple after hours trades below a penny to make it look that way.
Another reason I think they will start announcing things next week is so they can raise some more cash to pay lease on building, salaries etc. I don't believe they will kill the goose that lays the golden eggs by selling more shares under the EPA at this price. They shouldn't be out of cash yet and have no debt, but they need to leave a little cushion.
Maria set me back on my DD, but I still have a lead to follow where I think they are planning something big and taking the company in a slightly different direction. I also know of one other partnership being pursued, but I have purposely stayed out of that loop. I don't want to have possession of any nonpublic information that would preclude me from trading. I turned a nonprofit organization that finances renewable energy projects on to them. I know attempted contact was made, but I honestly don't know if there was ever a reply yet. One other possibility I am mulling to take a personal role. I'm going to think it over this weekend and we'll see how I feel on Monday. There is potential here and it all falls back on this being a clean shell current in all filings with no debt. If Dieter can't or won't take it to the next level, I believe I could get it to a $100mm market cap in two years with my business model. More in a few days. Coming back to spend October in Wisconsin. My favorite time of the year. They tell me the trees are turning color a little early and it is already beautiful out.
