#7382 RE: stockmasterflash #7378

CETX move with Taglich Brothers is a smart business tactic. Payment is how research occurs in the first place - the researchers don't get involved for free. It's fundamentally flawed to imply that Taglich Brothers are providing false information in their research reports or skewing the data to be pro-CETX because of the payment. This ignores the fundamental nature of private, corporate research.

Furthermore, Taglich Brother's website is very explicit that they do not endorse decision-making from readers based on the report. Indicated in their press release about their CETX coverage:

"We do not undertake to advise you as to changes in figures or our views. This is not a solicitation of any order to buy or sell. Taglich Brothers, Inc. is fully disclosed with its clearing firm, Pershing, LLC, is not a market maker and does not sell to or buy from customers on a principal basis."
