That's the best I've read so far. And is in line with another poster stating it puts Steve in our boat as needing common shares to perform well.

All shares are part of the AS - all shares authorized. ONCI has 5,030,000,000 AS. That last 30M are the preferred shares. The AS won't change unless they change the articles of incorporation, but the OS will be reduced by 30M. The float will remain unchanged.
