In a nut shell. The price is being held down by MM's. BVTK is a month at most from being current IMO. The latest news from Dark Pulse ignited the flames and if you go back through the trades you will see almost when it happened due to the buy acceleration towards EOD. Do yourself a favor and do some research. BVTK

I think it's just dilution. Shares sold earlier in the day by the company to get funds until they have cash flow, or conversions from earlier notes.
