My thoughts based upon the rapid fire Qs we got in August, is that they are doing exactly that.

Tom is a strategist, not in a negative way either. He knows how the market works, and how it will react.

These vague tweets are purposeful.

These minor PRs are purposeful.

The major PRs from MAPs are purposeful.

Everything is on a timeline from what I can see. The big picture.

one things for certain, they need to get current soon. They have another Q coming due on the 30th. It bodes well to come current and unleash the more forward looking Q's for all the potential deals and opportunities opening up to them now and in October with the gov't. Quite possibly a huge month and hopefully not more of the same (not counting on it) or this stock will go backward. Unleash it for us Tom and Company. BVTK$$$$$
